These are made to be used with a cooling baseball cap. I just sew velcro into my favorite caps and use it in them. These help alot with cooling as long as the humidity is not too high. I have MS so I have alot of cooling products that I use. I keep one of these cap liners at home and one in my car.

These ought to be standard military issue. They are incredibly comfortable, and the mesh front gives support and ventilation like no other. The design of the front mesh jock like pouch keeps the twins from sticking to youre thighs. A fresh pair of these and double dash of Gold Bond powder and your set for day in the field!

I could only give this combo 4 stars because the “Protective Flex Cup” is no comparison for the company’s X-Flex cups. Had that cup been included with these compression shorts, it would’ve been 5 stars with no question.
So, if you pick this up, check out the X-Flex aka Carbon Flex cup up to replace the not-as-nice basic Flex cup included.

 Shock Doctor Men’s Power Compression Short with BioFlex Cup Customer Review: Works Great
I umpired all year and the cup always stays in place. It’s comfortable and “well made”. I say “well made” because I had bad luck with the supporter. The supporter came apart after only several times worn. I bought these compression shorts and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommended.
Customer Review: Shockable Dr.
The Shock Dr. compression shorts could indeed shock due to the built-in design of the cup pocket. It doesn’t allow the cup to float deep enough. If the wearer bends over, the fabric doesn’t allow movement of the cup; the position of the cup changes to a very uncomfortable one that would cause great pain should it be “forced” to protect the protectables. As an umpire, bending over is part of the job; around 250+ times a game. I would like to think comfort and protection were with me during the whole game.

Same old concept, but better. Obviously works like any other, but the fabric is the differance. Breaths, stretches and moves with you better. Unlike the old jocks, this one is just as comfortable as a jock (for running, under swim trunks, etc.) as it is as a cup supporter so no need to have both in the bag.
