Customer Review: Great toy, for what it is!
My 4 yr old and my 2 year old love this toy! We’ve been using it frequently for about 4 months now and every portion of this stand and arm has been hit numerous times (hard) and it is still going strong! True, the arm has been hit off (it snaps back on without a problem) and sometimes the ball attaches to the arm and is difficult to hit off (then I just remove the ball by hand and re-attach it with a lighter touch), but overall this is great. I would buy this again and I would buy this as a gift for kids ages 2-5. At this point, ours is out of commission due to the fact that the three balls it came with have been lost (not destroyed). My kids are looking forward to when the replacement balls arrive in the mail so they can “Batter up!”

This toy is worth every penny. It is hours of enjoyment for all ages. Better batter baseball is durable and works as advertised.

When her daughter had completed her lessons, she was able to do back handsprings, round offs, front flips and so on. Comparing that, she wanted to know if when her boys were done would they be able to hit? I asked her if they were able to hit before they started? She said yes, but not very good. I said, then certainly they will be able to hit when they are done. Surely better than when they first started. I found this question so interesting because it raised the question in my mind of expectations(by the player, their parents or both). If a player has no ability to hit, no amount of instruction is going to help. Customer Review: fun but a little frustrating
My child has lots of fun with this toy but the black arm flips off when he hits it about every five times. We ended up duct taping the arm to the base and that helps out alot. Seems like they need to fix that problem. But he loves playing with it.
Customer Review: extremely disappointing with no customer support
My daughter was so excited about this product and we got it for her 5th birthday. First the ball would not come loose from the velcro, then it completely broke. I tried everything to get a replacement part - no help at all from the company’s website and basically told ‘too bad’ when I called. What a disappointing toy and a waste of money! It was my daughter’s big gift and we couldn’t get our money back, a replacement part, and so her bday was a big disappointment. Very sad!
