Customer Review: fun but a little frustrating
My child has lots of fun with this toy but the black arm flips off when he hits it about every five times. We ended up duct taping the arm to the base and that helps out alot. Seems like they need to fix that problem. But he loves playing with it.
Customer Review: extremely disappointing with no customer support
My daughter was so excited about this product and we got it for her 5th birthday. First the ball would not come loose from the velcro, then it completely broke. I tried everything to get a replacement part - no help at all from the company’s website and basically told ‘too bad’ when I called. What a disappointing toy and a waste of money! It was my daughter’s big gift and we couldn’t get our money back, a replacement part, and so her bday was a big disappointment. Very sad!
